libgfortran3-dbg software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (debug symbols), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran3-dbg
libgfortran3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgfortran3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgfortran3-dbg *
You will get with libgfortran3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
